Conference is free of charge, but registration is mandatory and must be done due to limited seats, meal services and Helsinki Old City Hall Reception on the evening of 14th May 2024.
Cancellation must be done by 12may2024 by using separate Cancellation Form. This form closes on 12 may. After this date, there will be 100€ (Euro) cancellation fee. The invoice will be sent to participant´s e-mail address.
Registration is done by the registration form by using the QR Code below, or via the weblink here. You may choose to participate only on first day 14th May, or only on 15th May, or both days.

Conference hotels
Scandic Hotels – Conference Booking Code: FIARB – Prices and room availability vary according to the booking date, and additional reducted rate will be available when the payment is done immediately with the booking. NOTE: Free cancellation can be done latest 7 days prior to arrival date of the booking. Room availability may vary according to the booking date.
